The Federal Government has extended the National Identity Number, NIN, registration deadline by 8 weeks
This was contained in a statement signed by Mr. Kayode Adegoke, Head, Corporate, Nigeria Identity Management Commission, NIMC.
“The ongoing National Identification Number (NIN) and Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) integration exercise has been extended by 8 weeks, with a new deadline of April 6, 2021,” the statement said.
Amidst the second wave of #COVID-19, Nigeria government insists Nigerians must get their National Identification Number and then link it with their SIM cards.
