‘I still can’t believe it’s been a year since we launched the Rare Impact Fund,’ added the performer who is the founder of Rare Cosmetics.

‘For my birthday this year, I would be so grateful if you’re able to donate to the Rare Impact Fund which helps to provide mental health services to those who need it most.’

She then signed off with: ‘Please join me in being part of the solution! Click the link in my bio to donate. Love you!’

‘Mental health is personal for me. Figuring out how to manage my own mental health hasn’t always been easy, but it’s something I am constantly working on and I hope I can help others work on, too,’ said the Wizards Of Waverly Place vet.

She also wrote:

‘Taking care of my mental health—just like my physical health—takes work, but when I do, I am happier, I am healthier, and more in control of my emotions and thoughts. I wish more people talked about mental health when I was younger so I could have learned and understood what was going on with my own health earlier on.’

The Texas native added that is why she launched Rare Impact and the Rare Impact Fund.
