AVAILABILITY OF THE 2025 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENTINCLUDING THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT
Hermès World filed its 2025 Common Registration Report with the Monetary Markets Authority (AMF), on 19 March 2026, in ESEF layout.

The common registration report contains:
the yearly job document;the guardian corporate and consolidated monetary statements for 2025;the document on sustainability data;the Supervisory Board’s document at the company governance;an outline of the proportion buyback programme ready pursuant to Articles 241-2 and 241-3 of the Basic Law of the Monetary Markets Authority (AMF);the Supervisory Board’s report back to the Basic Assembly;the Statutory Auditors’ reviews at the 2025 guardian corporate accounts and consolidated accounts, on related-party agreements and likely abnormal resolutions;the Statutory Auditors’ document at the certification of sustainability data;the explanatory observation and textual content of the draft resolutions submitted to the Basic Assembly of Shareholders convened for 17 April 2026.
In response to the provisions of Article 222-3 of the Basic Law of the Monetary Markets Authority (AMF), the Common Registration Report comprises the 2025 Annual Monetary Document.
