Stellantis Publicizes Pricing of Hybrid Bonds Providing
AMSTERDAM, March 11, 2026 – Stellantis N.V. lately introduced the pricing of its providing of subordinated perpetual hybrid bonds, accomplished on March 10.
The issuance shall be structured within the following tranches:
€2.2 billion Perpetual Fastened Price Resettable Capital Securities, having a non-call duration of five.25 years, perpetual adulthood and an annual coupon of 6.250% till the primary reset date of June 16, 2031;€1.8 billion Perpetual Fastened Price Resettable Capital Securities, having a non-call duration of 8 years, perpetual adulthood and an annual coupon of 6.875% till the primary reset date of March 16, 2034; and £865 million Perpetual Fastened Price Resettable Capital Securities, having a non-call duration of 6.5 years, perpetual adulthood and an annual coupon of 8.250% till the primary reset date of September 16, 2032.
